Terms of Use
Effective September 3, 2026 Version 2026-09-03
Welcome to Your Employment Application Hub ("YEAH!"), a project of Women's Money Matters. Women's Money Matters is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides free financial education programs, coaching, and community support to women and girls. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use the YEAH! platform and its related services (the "Services"), and form a binding contract between you and Women's Money Matters Inc. ("Women's Money Matters," "WMM," "we," or "us").
By using or accessing any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use or access the Services.
Modification
WMM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these Terms, we will either post a notification of the modification on our website or otherwise provide you with notice of the change. The date of the last modification will also be posted at the beginning of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check from time to time for updates. By continuing to access or use the Services, you agree to be bound by any modified Terms.
Educational Use Only
The Services help facilitate connections to services and tools that are meant to provide generalized advice on how to secure employment, manage money, and limit debt. These are meant to be for general educational purposes only. WMM does not provide investment, tax, legal, credit repair, accounting, or personalized financial advice. Using these Services does not create a fiduciary or professional advisory relationship.
As a part of the Services, we may connect you with third-party volunteers, such as workshop presenters and individual financial wellness coaches ("Coaches"). Coaches are not acting in the capacity of an investment advisor, financial planner, financial consultant, accountant, or attorney, even when Coaches hold such credentials professionally.
You are responsible for your own financial decisions, and we encourage you to consult a qualified professional about your specific circumstances.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy provides information about what information WMM collects from its users and how it uses and discloses that information. By using the Services, you consent to WMM using your information as provided in the Privacy Policy.
Age of Users
Children under the age of 16 may not use the Services, and parents or legal guardians may not agree to the Terms on their behalf. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided or attempted to provide us with personal information, we will use our best efforts to remove the information permanently from our files without prior notice.
If you are under the age of 18 but at least 16 years of age, you may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on the user's behalf. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to the Terms for the benefit of a minor between the ages of 16 and 18, be advised that you are fully responsible for the minor's use of the Services, including all liability that the minor may incur.
Account Registration
To access some of the features of the Services you must first register an account. When you register you will be required to provide some basic contact information, your date of birth, and some other background information about your employment and financial goals. Your email address will be used to log you into these parts of the Services.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the integrity of your email address. You may not transfer, share, or authorize others to use your access to WMM without prior approval from WMM. We will never ask you for any login information.
Your Use of the Services
Your use of the Services is subject to your compliance with these Terms, and is also subject to the following restrictions and obligations:
- You may access the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to harm other people or their property, or to transmit content that in any way infringes or violates the rights of anyone.
- You may not use the Services if you have previously been terminated from accessing the Services without express written permission from WMM.
- You may not automatically copy, rip, scrape, crawl, or capture the content in the Services except as authorized by WMM in writing.
- You may not use the Services to stalk, annoy, harass, or otherwise make another user of the Services, a Coach, or any other person feel unsafe.
- You may not interfere with or damage the Services or any user's enjoyment of the Services, including, without limitation, through the use of viruses, bots, harmful code, denial-of-service attacks, packet or IP address spoofing, forged routing, or any similar methods or technology.
User Content
As part of the Services, we may allow you to voluntarily submit content ("User Content"). For example, when you create an account you will be asked to provide some additional information about your professional or financial goals, or if you participate in the Services' community board you may submit User Content as a part of those discussions.
Whenever you submit User Content, you grant WMM a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable right and license to reproduce, distribute, display, host, store, promote, exploit, create a derivative work from, adapt, edit, sublicense, and otherwise use the User Content in order to operate, maintain, and develop the Services; to share your User Content consistent with the Services; and for other uses contemplated in the Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or control the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the above license for the User Content.
- Your User Content is not illegal, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive, and not and will not infringe or violate any rights or applicable laws, rules, or regulations, including without limitation any intellectual property rights, rights of privacy or publicity, or rights in confidential information of any person.
- Your User Content does not and will not create any liability on the part of WMM.
- Your User Content does not contain any worms, viruses or other content that could overwhelm, impair, or damage the operation of the Services.
We reserve the right to modify or delete any User Content at our sole discretion.
As part of the operation of the Services you may be given the right to report User Content from other users that violates these Terms or otherwise should not be permitted on the Services. You may only report content that you believe, in good faith, qualifies for removal from the Services for the reasons stated above.
Feedback
We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Services or other WMM services and offerings ("Feedback"). You can provide such Feedback at yeahsupport@womensmoneymatters.org. You agree that WMM has the right, but not the obligation, to use such Feedback without any obligation to provide you credit, royalty payment, or ownership interest in the changes to the Services.
Third-Party Content and Services
As a part of the Services, WMM may connect you with third-party media and content, including content from other users, third-party workshops, and other third-party informational services. That content may include information from "Ivy," an AI service operated by a third party. WMM is not responsible or liable for any content or other materials from these third parties. We are also not responsible for any transactions or dealings between you and any third party. You understand that you may be exposed to third-party content that is inaccurate, unreliable, objectionable, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose.
As a part of the Services, you may connect with listed job opportunities. Some job opportunities are made available through the API offered by Idealist, with an option to apply directly on the Services. If you do so, your application materials are then transmitted by Idealist to the underlying employer.
Any job opportunities you receive on the platform comes from those third parties, and not Women's Money Matters. Women's Money Matters is not and will not serve as an agent of any employer or employee. The underlying employer makes all decisions regarding the hiring process, including the timeline for hiring, the scope and terms of employment, the job description, and whether to hire a given user. You will not use Women's Money Matters as a replacement for your own judgment or decision-making when evaluating job opportunities.
Claims of Copyright Infringement
WMM will remove copyright-protected works from the Services that are used without a license or legal permission. If you believe that your copyright-protected work is accessible on the Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us by providing the following information (as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512) to our copyright agent identified below:
- A physical or electronic signature of person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a list of such works;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit WMM to locate the material;
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit WMM to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted;
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Such notices may be sent to WMM's copyright agent, at:
Copyright Agent, Women's Money Matters Inc., 6 Liberty Square #2697, Boston, MA 02109. Email: copyright@womensmoneymatters.org. Telephone: 617-297-7376.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the offending user of this removal. We may also share the information you provided in your notice with that user. Users have the right to submit a counter-notice if they believe that their content was removed as the result of mistake or misidentification, and if they submit to jurisdiction in a Federal District Court to further litigate the issue. Upon receipt of such a counter notice, we reserve the right to reinstate the allegedly infringing content after 10 days, unless we first receive notice from you that you are presently seeking a court order to restrain the offending user from further infringing activity.
Only copyright complaints should be sent to our copyright agent. For communications on other matters, please contact us at yeahsupport@womensmoneymatters.org.
Termination
WMM reserves the right to terminate your use of the Services and delete your user account and/or User Content if you violate the Terms, or if we believe that such action is needed in order to protect the rights, interest, safety, or interests of WMM, its users, its Coaches, its affiliates and service provides, or any other entity or individual. This termination may be done with or without notice to you. In the event of your termination, you may no longer use the Services.
